You will need

Toilet roll tube (sterilize by microwaving the tube for 20 seconds on full power) – if you are uncomfortable using toilet roll tubes you can make a tube from card

Cotton wool balls

10cm square black felt plus scraps for ears

Scrap paper/news paper

Pva glue

Glue brush/dabber

Scrap of coloured felt

2 wobbly eyes

1 medium black pompom for tail

2 long black pipecleaners

Scissors

Instructions

Wrap pipecleaners around the tube, one at each end, for legs, twist on the underside of the tube to secure.

Glue cotton wool balls all over the tube

Wad up two pieces of scrap paper. Insert one into the tube so it is flush with the end, insert the other piece in the other end of the tube, leaving it sticking out a few centimetres (this will be the head)

Glue cotton wool balls over the bottom end of the lamb

Glue the felt square over the other end, tucking in the edges. Glue more cotton wool balls around the neck.

Cut 2 ears from black felt and glue in place.

 Glue 2 eyes in place.

Glue black pompom for tail

Cut a simple bow from coloured felt and glue in place

Trim pipelcleaners to help your lamb/sheep balance
